We collect only what an entry needs, and nothing requires an account. SlateForge Studio is responsible for your data; reach us at support@mythicpetforge.com.
What we keep
- Your pet’s photo. We remove its hidden metadata (including location) on upload and store it privately.
- Your pet’s name and species, your email, and optionally your Instagram handle.
- From Lemon Squeezy, your order: what you bought, its amount, your name and email. Your card details never reach us.
- If you ask to hear when entries reopen, your email, until we’ve told you once.
How we use it
- To make the artwork and the battle video, and to send you your receipt, delivery and video emails.
- Your Instagram handle appears in a video caption only if you ticked the box allowing it.
- Marketing emails only if you ticked the box; email us any time to stop them.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores uploaded photos and runs the human check on uploads.
- Lemon Squeezy: takes payments as the merchant of record.
- Google (Gemini), ElevenLabs and Anthropic: AI services that check the photo, create the artwork and write and voice the video. They receive the photo and your pet’s name and species, never your email.
- An email service that delivers our emails to you.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own data protection terms.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics.
How long
Photos of declined, withdrawn and never-completed entries are deleted after 7 days. Other data is kept while your fighter’s videos are online.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw any consent at any time. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. The arena is for adults; we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Deleting your data
Email support@mythicpetforge.com from the address you entered with and we delete your data. Entries that haven’t fought yet are withdrawn (paid ones refunded); pets already in a battle video stay in it without your email or handle, unless you ask us to take the video down.
