Refunds

• Until your pet is forged into its gladiator, you can ask for a full refund for any reason.
• If we decline your photo, we refund you in full, without you having to ask.
• Once your pet is forged, its artwork has been made and the entry isn’t refundable, with one exception: if your paid entry hasn’t been featured within 14 days of purchase, ask and we refund it in full.

To ask for a refund, email support@mythicpetforge.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights consumer law gives you where you live.
