Terms of entry
Last updated 28 October 2026.
The Mythic Pet Forge (“we”) is operated by SlateForge Studio. By entering a pet you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to enter.
What you get
An entry places your pet in our arena: we create AI artwork of your pet as an armored gladiator and feature it in a battle video published on our social channels. Paid entries get a spot in the next bracket; free entries are picked at random when there is room. God-Roll and Mythic Collector entries are guaranteed a Legendary or better card. Mythic Collector entries also receive a high-resolution portrait and a printable card by email when the video is published.
Card odds
Every card’s rarity is drawn at random when its pet is forged, with these odds:
| Card rarity | Free entry, Arena Ticket | God-Roll, Mythic Collector |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 10 % | 0 % |
| Rare | 50 % | 0 % |
| Epic | 25 % | 0 % |
| Legendary | 10 % | 75 % |
| Mythic | 5 % | 25 % |
In later rounds each fighter re-rolls its weakest perk once; the new perk replaces the old one only if it is rarer. Cards, perks and battle results have no cash value and can’t be sold, traded or exchanged through us.
Your photo
- You confirm the photo is yours, or that you have the owner’s permission to use it.
- No people, nudity, violence, logos or other people’s content. We check every photo and may decline any entry.
- You grant us a licence to use the photo and the artwork we create from it in the arena videos, their captions, thumbnails and our promotion.
Your pet’s artwork
The artwork is an AI-generated, stylised interpretation of your pet, not an exact likeness. Whatever rights exist in the artwork and the videos stay with us. You may share and print your pet’s portrait and card for personal, non-commercial use.
Battles
Battle outcomes are generated by a game simulation and are entertainment only. Results cannot be changed on request.
Where it’s shown
We publish battle videos on our social media accounts. We can’t promise views or reach, and a platform may limit or remove a video for its own reasons. If we can’t publish your paid entry’s video at all, we refund it in full.
Mentions
We tag your Instagram handle in the video caption only if you allow it. We never publish your email address.
Timing
Paid entries are usually featured within 10 days of purchase. If yours hasn’t been featured within 14 days, ask and we refund it in full.
Refunds
See the refund policy: a full refund on request until your pet is forged, and always if we decline your photo.
Changes and closing
We may update these terms; the version in place when you entered applies to your entry. If we close the arena, paid entries that haven’t been featured are refunded in full.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an entry is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
